On July 1st, 2023, the State of Maryland legalized cannabis for not only greater medical use, but personal recreational use. Our governor also enacted REDEEM 2023, which helps to expunge criminal records for past cannabis drug offenses (https://www.peoples-law.org/recreational-marijuana… )
Cannabis, within some shamanic cultures around the world, is worked with as a “Master Teacher Plant” for healing, connection with the Otherworlds, peaceful communication, and the careful resetting of the Fight/Freeze/Flight C-PTSD trauma cycle within human nervous systems.
However, the capitalization and commodification of this healing plant has destroyed aspects of the healing relationship between the Plant World and the Human World. Synthetic THC & cannabinoids, the ignoring of the drug abuse/dependence cycle, and the dissociation from shared reality– all of these harmful aspects occur when a person is not in “Right Relationship” with Mother Cannabis.
Join Rev. Monika Kojote at 5:30pm EST on 23rd July 2023 in a short lecture regarding the spiritual aspects of cannabis, the continued potential for abuse/dependency, the loss of integrative & synergistic healing through capitalism and chemistry, and problem-solving techniques for connecting with this Master Plant through personal healing methods. A ritual of honoring and connection will follow this lecture, to assist in the connection of the Mother Cannabis plant to human participants.
NOTE: This workshop is both for those that ingest/inhale this sacred plant, and those that work with it in the Otherworlds ONLY!
Payment of $25 (scroll down to “All Level Shamanic Journey Class”https://kojoteandkroh.com/online-payment/ ) guarantees attendance at the LIVE lecture & ritual, as well as a copy of the recording for your own healing work.
Rev. Monika Kojote has over 20+ years experience as a Master’s level substance abuse psychologist, as well as over 13+ years as a Druid Shaman. This workshops combines both of her educations for the benefit of the Community!
